S. 19th St. was acquired off-market in a condition requiring immediate, full-scale clean out. The home was packed wall-to-wall with belongings before any construction could begin. Once cleared, the underlying opportunity became evident. The client had a clear vision: open, light-filled spaces paired with expansive decks to extend the living area outdoors. Our role was to execute that vision: reworking the layout to improve flow and daylight, while delivering a clean, modern upgrade that respects the character of a classic St. Helens home.
