We’re seeking a motivated Construction Project Manager with at least three years of
construction experience who is ready to expand their knowledge, contribute to
successful projects, and grow into a larger leadership role over time.

Position Overview
The Construction Project Manager is responsible for supporting and overseeing projects throughout the entire construction lifecycle from preconstruction planning through project completion. This role works closely with company leadership, field personnel, clients, architects, vendors, and subcontractors to ensure projects are delivered safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards. This position reports directly to the owner and provides significant opportunities for
professional growth and advancement.
Key Responsibilities:
Project Management & Coordination
- Manage construction projects from conception through completion.
- Coordinate daily with clients, architects, engineers, subcontractors, suppliers,
and field personnel. - Review project plans, specifications, blueprints, and structural drawings.
- Conduct and document project meetings, maintaining accurate records and meeting minutes.
- Monitor project progress and proactively resolve issues to keep projects on
schedule.
Budgeting, Scheduling, Cost Control, & Procurement
- Estimating, bid creation, budgeting, forecasting, and cost tracking.
- Ordering and monitoring delivery of materials to the jobsite.
- Manage project schedules and coordinate resources to meet milestones.
- Monitor labor productivity, equipment utilization, and material procurement.
- Support billing processes and maintain accurate project financial records.
- Ensure projects remain aligned with budgetary objectives
Contract Administration
- Review and process subcontracts, change orders, RFIs, submittals, and project documentation.
- Assist with vendor and subcontractor negotiations.
- Prepare project proposals, clarifications, alternates, and value engineering
recommendations. - Maintain organized project files and documentation throughout the project
lifecycle.
Quality, Safety & Client Service
- Oversee punch list completion.
- Promote company safety standards and jobsite compliance.
- Ensure work meets project specifications and client expectations.
- Maintain strong client relationships through clear communication and
professional service.
Team Development & Company Growth
- Collaborate with internal teams to evaluate project feasibility and execution
strategies. - Contribute to process improvements and operational excellence initiatives.
- Continue developing project management and leadership skills through mentorship and hands-on experience.
Qualifications:
Required
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Minimum 3 years of construction industry experience.
- Working knowledge of construction materials, methods, equipment, and
terminology. - Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously.
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office
- Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to read and interpret architectural plans and project specifications.
- Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and conflict-resolution skills.
- Team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn and grow.
Preferred
- Proficiency with AI tools and Builder Trend (or similar) software
- Experience in project coordination, project engineering, estimating, or project management.
- Experience working with subcontractors, vendors, and construction scheduling
software. - Knowledge of commercial and/or residential construction projects.
