Fisher Lane

Fisher Lane

Fisher began as a 1940s-built home that had fallen into severe disrepair, was nearly abandoned, and was literally sinking into the ground. While its condition suggested a teardown, we recognized the underlying character and opportunity to restore it properly. Our approach focused on stabilizing the structure and reworking the layout to better align with modern living standards. We transformed the 2-bedroom, 1-bath farmhouse into a functional 3-bedroom, 1-bath home, incorporating an open-concept design that improves flow, natural light, and livability while preserving the integrity of the original build.
