Purchased by REACH Community Development through their scattered lots program, the project centered on fully modernizing the home while preserving its underlying character. We executed comprehensive upgrades throughout, reworking the interior to prioritize brightness, efficiency, and functional use of space delivering a clean, updated home positioned for long-term livability.
